At the International Academy of Physiotherapy Training and Research, Mumbai, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in our refund process.

1. Course/Workshop Registration:

If the academy cancels a course/workshop, a full refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals on or after the course/workshop start date.

2. Online Courses:

No refunds will be issued for online courses once access has been granted.

If an online course is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Research/Consultancy Services:

if the academy is unable to deliver research/consultancy services as agreed, a full refund will be issued.

If a client cancels research/consultancy services, a refund will be issued based on the work completed, with a minimum cancellation fee of 20%.

4. Membership/Subscription:

No refunds will be issued for membership/subscription fees once paid.

5. General:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

The academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
